Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Wlexironshdrax, we stand behind the quality of our flower bed and balcony arrangement services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring that every project meets your expectations.

Plant Replacement Policy

We offer a 30-day plant establishment guarantee for all installations:

  • Plants that fail to thrive within 30 days of installation will be replaced at no cost
  • Replacement applies to plants that die or show significant decline despite proper care
  • The guarantee requires that our care instructions are followed
  • Extreme weather events (hurricanes, frost, flooding) are not covered

Service Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service:

  • Contact us within 7 days of service completion
  • We will schedule a follow-up visit to address your concerns
  • Adjustments to plant placement or design can be made at no additional charge
  • Additional plants or materials beyond the original scope may incur extra costs

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled service: Full refund of any deposit
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund of deposit
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours: No refund of deposit
  • Rescheduling is available at no charge with 24 hours notice

Refund Process

If you qualify for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • For services already rendered, refunds are prorated based on work completed

What Is Not Covered

The following situations are not covered under our return policy:

  • Plant decline due to improper watering or care
  • Damage from pests, diseases, or animals after installation
  • Changes requested after approval of the design plan
  • Weather-related damage from extreme conditions
  • Plants removed or relocated by the property owner

How to Request a Return or Adjustment

To request service under our return policy:

  • Contact us via phone or email with your project details
  • Provide photos of any plants or areas of concern
  • Describe the issue and your desired resolution
  • We will respond within 24-48 hours to schedule an assessment
